Second opera in Wagner’s Ring Cycle, it was conceived from a fundamental idea: Gods exist through human beings and, only through them, they can get their power. In this image, we see the representation of the human desire – in this case, the Brazilian one – to get in touch with God. Votive offering rooms, elements of Brazilian pop culture and other contemporary components form the performance.
