It is always enriching to understand the relationship between music and the libretto, how music makes use of dramatic figures in order for them to perform also musically.
In this Ball, the scenic design tries to mirror or, at least, aims to get closer to this relationship between music and libretto. The light is not only a source of rhetorical information, but also becomes rhythm in the space.
