Don Giovanni is an opera with a lot of action that develops in many differentenvironments. We needed to create a scenario that could quickly turn fromone scene to another. The director wanted to bring the plot to the presentday, with simple and ordinary clothes. The concept for the scenario wasthe creation of a repertoire of screens, staircases and landings, that wererearranged at each scene to make room for narrative.
